The certificate awarding ceremony took place on February 15, 2025, at the Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya. During the event, certificates were presented to the second batch of students who successfully completed the Russian Language Programme. The course began on September 13, 2025, and concluded on October 28, 2025. A total of 31 students completed the programme and received their certificates.
