WHAT IS IEEE ?
IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.IEEE offers a wide range of learning and career enhancement opportunities within the engineering sciences, research, and other technology areas. The goal of these programs is to ensure the growth of skill and knowledge among professionals and to foster individual commitment to continuing education among IEEE members, the engineering and scientific community, and the general public. IEEE student Branch of the Vavuniya Campus much more concern on this and do more for technical advancement for the regional development.
WHY YOU NEED TO REGISTER ?
IEEE membership is open for any individual, who belongs to an IEEE designated field by education or profession. Engineering, computer science and information technology, physical science, biological and medical science, mathematics, technical communications, education, management and law comes under the hood of IEEE designated fields. This indicates that IEEE no longer serves only for electrical and electronic engineers. Members from ample amount of domains can excel in their studies and careers via IEEE membership.
