The Workshop on “Work Ethics & Academic, Administrative Accountability” was held on 31st March 2021 from 2.30 pm – 04.30 pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus Pambaimadu to Academic & Administrative Staff of the Vavuniya Campus. Prof.Ranjith Wijewardana Senior Professor, Department of Economics & Management, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna, and the Former Vice-Chancellor Rajarata University of Sri Lanka served as the Resource person for this workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about Professional Standards and Development, Workplace Ethics, Work Loads for academics, Academic freedom, and Steps in Change management.
