The Workshop on “Soft Skills for Library Professionals in Information Era” was organized by the Staff Development Centre of Vavuniya Campus on 08th February 2019 from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus, at Pambaimadu. Prof.S.Thanuskodi Professor and Head of the Department of Library and Information Science, Alagappa University Tamil Nadu, Served as the resource person on the request of our Senior Assistant Librarian Mr.S.Shanmugathasan. All the Library Staff from Vavuniya Campus and the other Library staff from various government departments and schools in Vavuniya participated in this work shop and got the benefit. Through this workshop the Staff Development Centre has initiated collaboration with our community and promoted our academic excellence.
