The Workshop on “Telephone Etiquette” had been organized by the Staff Development Centre of the Vavuniya Campus to the Clerical Staff and Office Assistants (Permanent & Temporary) on 22nd May 2019 from 2.00 pm- 4.00 pm at Balakrishnan Block (BH4 Hall), Faculty of Business Studies, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna, Pambaimadu,Vavuniya.
Dr.G.Jeyaseelan Head, Department of English Language Teaching served as the Resource person and discussed about the Effective Official Telephone communication system. (Make a call, Receive a Call, Answer and Transfer the call, Effective Listening and how to avoid Communication Problems). The participants had the opportunity to expose their talents as individually and group at this Workshop.
