The Employee Orientation Training was conducted on 06th November 2019 at Balakrishnan Block, Faculty of Business Studies, Pambaimadu, to newly appointed Academic & Administrative Staff of the Vavuniya Campus. Dr.Poongothai Selvarajan, Director / Staff Development Centre Vavuniya Campus served as the resource person. Participants expressed their experience through group discussion and presentation. They also explained their job related problems and the Director/ SDC suggested possible solutions and replied that she would take necessary steps on this matter.
