The Workshop on “Financial regulations and Audit system in Universities” was held on 24th July 2020 from 9.00 am – 11.00 am to selected Academic, Administrative & Non Academic Staff at Balakrishnan Block, Faculty of Business Studies, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna. Mr.V.Kanagasabapathy Retired Director General of Public Enterprises and the Council Member / University of Jaffna, served as the Resource person for this workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about regulatory framework governing the University System, Principles of Good Governance, Accountability, Delegation of Authority and the Financial Management Guidelines in the University System. They preferred an advanced workshop in this topic.
