The Workshop on “Employee Orientation Training” was held on 10thDecember 2020 from 10.00 am- 12.00 noon to newly recruited Academic, Administrative, Academic Support and Non-Academic staff of Vavuniya Campus at Soosairatnam Block (SH3) hall, Faculty of Business Studies, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna. Dr.Poongothai Selvarajan Director / Staff Development Centre Vavuniya Campus, served as the Resource person for this workshop and delivered bilingualy about the Campus history, and how to develop themselves in their career. The participants were given the opportunity to do self assessment about their work attitude and behavior and this workshop enabled the participants as an interactive session and expressed their views regarding their working environment.
