The Webinar on “Sentence patterns in Academic Writing” was held on 28th April 2021 from 02.00 pm – 04.00 pm to all Academic Staff of the Campus. Dr.G.Jeyaseelan Head / Department of English Language Teaching, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna served as the Resource person for this workshop. All participants very much appreciated his presentation and gained knowledge about the 30 different sentence patterns, some techniques in sentence diversity, the subject complement and the object complement, and the expletive construction.
