The Workshop on “Becoming a highly Effective Staff” was held on 24^th July 2019 from 2.00 pm to 04.00 pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus, at Pambaimadu to Academic and Administrative Staff.  Dr.Alex P Thevaranjan Associate Professor, Syracuse University, NY, USA, served as the Resource person for this workshop. Academic and Administrative Staff actively participated and gained more knowledge about the 7 Habits of highly effective people. The Resource person encouraged and motivated the participants and made the Workshop as a fruitful one.
