The Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya “Open Forum for Intellectual Discussion on Experience Sharing for University Academics” on January 1, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Smart Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Vavuniya. The forum aimed to provide an open and collaborative platform for university academics to engage in meaningful discussions, share experiences, exchange innovative ideas, and facilitate knowledge transfer between departments. The primary goal is to strengthen academic excellence, foster professional development, and contribute to the overall growth of the institution. In addition, as underlined during the recent CQA workshop, the workshop was strategically designed to support the university’s preparations for the planned Institutional Review in 2025.
