Thirty Academic & Administrative staff members from University of Vavuniya have participated in the Outbound Training Programme organized by Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya at General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University (KDU) from 3rd May to 5th May 2024. The training programme is comprised of both Visit to the Faculties of KDU and KDU Hospital at Ratmalana and a residential training program at Sooriyawewa Campus. Residential training program was useful for the participants in the development of both interpersonal (Effective communication, Team Building and Interaction) and intrapersonal (Self-Motivation, Self-discipline, Adaptability/ Resilience and Meal etiquette) skills
