In collaboration with British High Commission Sri Lanka, Career Guidance Unit & Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya jointly organized an info session on “Chevening Scholarship opportunities” on 29th August 2024 from 12.00 noon to 01.30 pm, at Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya to Academic and Final year students. A total of 18 staff and 40 students participated under this session. From this session, participants learned about the unique benefits of a UK education, the criteria for application, who is eligible to apply, and how to effectively find a suitable Programme and Chevening Scholarships.
