The Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya organized webinar on “Institutional Review ” for academic and non-academic staff who are directly involved in the Quality assurance of the University of Vavuniya on 11.11.2024 from 06.00 pm to 7.00pm . Nearly 70 participants attended this webinar. Prof. G. Mikunthan, Former Dean, Faculty of Graduate Studies and Senior Professor in Agricultural Biology, Dept of Agricultural Biology, University of Jaffna  served as the resource persons for this workshop. During the webinar, participants gained valuable insights into the criteria for institutional review, the marking system, and the types of evidence required. The session provided clear guidance on how to achieve the marks in the review process, helping staff members understand the key factors to focus on for successful evaluation.
