The Workshop on “Audit Practices”was organized by the Staff Development Centre of University of Vavuniya on 15th February 2023 from 02.00 pm to 04.00 pm at the Balakrishnan Block, Faculty of Business Studies and University of Vavuniya to All permanent Staff.
Mr. G.Thevagnanan, Retired Deputy Auditor General, served as the Resource person for this Workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about the National Audit Act, Scope of Audit, Auditing Standards and Powers, Duties and Functions of the Auditor General and etc. Participants verified and discussed about the internal and external audit and the difference in objectives and work.
