The Workshop on “How to become as an Effective Academic” was organized by the Staff Development Centre of University of Vavuniya on 19th October 2022 from 02.00 pm to 04.00 pm at the Balakrishnan Block (BH4 Hall), Faculty of Business Studies University of Vavuniya to Academic Staff.
Dr.N.Ravinthirakumaran Senior Lecturer, Department of Business Economics, University of Vavuniya, served as the Resource person for this Workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about how to design the teaching for effective students’ learning and he further insisted to increase the time for research by reducing the time for ad-hoc meetings. Participants made their comments on the practices in our University, well-established universities and the Universities in abroad.
