The Workshop on “Positive Parenting” was organized by the Staff Development Centre in collaboration with Health Centre, University of Vavuniya on 13th September 2023 from 02.00 pm to 04.30 pm at the Balakrishnan Block (BH3 & BH4 Hall) in the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya. Dr. S. Sivathas, Psychiatrist attached to the Teaching Hospital, Jaffna and Dr. Dimuthu Mahendra, Psychiatrist attached to General Hospital, Vavuniya served as the resource persons for this workshop, for Tamil and Sinhala medium respectively. A total of 61 participants participated under Tamil medium session and 11 participants participated under Sinhala medium.
