The Workshop on “Stress Management” was held on 19th March 2021 from 02.00 pm – 04.00 pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus Pambaimadu to all category staff of the Vavuniya Campus. Dr.S.Suthakaran Senior Medical Officer, Mental Health Unit, General Hospital, Vavuniya served as the Resource person for this workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about Consequences of Mental Health Problems, Depression, Addictions, stress and Tips to resolve stress in the workplace.
