The Workshop on “Striving for quality and relevance in University Education and Research:
Some Strategic Choices” was organized by the Staff Development Centre of University of Vavuniya on 17th January 2024 from 01.30 pm to 04.30 pm at the Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya. This workshop was organized for the permanent Academic staff and Executives Staff.
Prof. Nadarajah Sriskandarajah Professor Emeritus in Environmental Communication, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala served as the resource persons for this Workshop. Participants gained a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities arising in the global education system and they were able to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through this workshop.
