The Staff Development Centre of University of Vavuniya organized the Webinar on “Academic Counselling” on 24th August 2022. It ran from 01.30 pm to 03.00 pm via virtual platform for the Academic and relevant Administrative staff of the University of Vavuniya.
Dr. K. Tamizhjyothi, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University, India, served as the Resource person for this Workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about the Role of a Counsellor and the Requirements of an Academic Counsellor. They also came to understand the Characteristics and Qualities of an Academic Counsellor and the Benefits of Academic Counselling Activities.
