I am very pleased to learn that you are taking the lead role as the Chief Editor to inaugurate the Vavuniya Journal of Science. Research is a science, philosophy, art, craft and medication and it is an unavoidable responsibility of all University Lecturers in Applied Science to teach undergraduates from the beginning, to become researchers to view each and every matter as a “new thinker” under the Sun.
