Workshop on “Navigating Research Metrics: Maximizing impact with indicators, and Journal selection techniques was organized by the Staff Development Centre of University of Vavuniya held on 21st February 2024 from 01.00 pm to 04.00 pm at the Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya. This workshop was organized for the permanent Academic staff and Executives Staff.
Dr. T. Pratheepan Librarian (Acting), Uva Wellassa University served as the resource persons for this workshop. Participants gained more knowledge about the tools for measuring the scientific impact of research impact metrics, and gained more tips for identifying any predatory Publishers / Journals /Conferences through this workshop.
