Authors are requested to submit extended abstracts in the electronic form using Microsoft® Word.

Criteria for Acceptance & Rejection

  • VUIRC 2023 accepts only the original and unpublished works. Therefore, if any extended abstracts found with substantial similarity with published or under review research works for another conference or a publication will not be considered for review.

  • The extended abstract will initially be read by VUIRC2023 editorial board.

  • Extended abstracts received in time and in conformity with the submission guidelines will be blind-reviewed by two expert reviewers.

  • The Editorial Board will make the final decision regarding the acceptance of the extended abstracts based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

  • After the acceptance, during the final submission of extended abstracts, in the case of the articles with multiple authors, it is the sole responsibility of the corresponding author to obtain the consent of the co-authors in the author declaration form.
