The Examination and Student Admission Branch of the University of Vavuniya is responsible for coordinating and conducting all internal examination affairs. This branch also oversees Recruitment Examinations, Confirmation, and Promotion Examinations for non-academic and academic supportive staff.

Moreover, it handles the issuance of degree certificates, detailed results, statements, and academic transcripts for all undergraduate students. Upon request, the branch verifies degrees for various government and private organizations and prepares the official graduate list for the convocation.
