The University Business Linkage Cell, in collaboration with the Career Guidance Unit, University of Vavuniya, successfully organized a workshop on “Entrepreneurial Mindsets” for undergraduate students on January 22, 2025, at SH4, Soosairatnam Building, University of Vavuniya.
Prof. Ganesh Rajah, Professor and Executive Director of the Centre for Executives and Professional Development, London, UK, and an Advisory Board Member of the University Business Linkages (UBL), served as the resource person.
The workshop provided insights into entrepreneurial thinking, problem-solving, and innovation, equipping students with essential skills for business success. More than 250 students actively participated, engaging in discussions and clarifying their doubts. The interactive session enabled students to gain valuable entrepreneurial skills and fostered a proactive mindset toward business and leadership.
The event was a significant step in encouraging students to develop an entrepreneurial attitude, empowering them with knowledge to navigate the evolving business landscape.
