Academic Affairs & Publication Branch

The Academic Affairs & Publication Branch comes with the overall supervision of the Registrar. It is responsible to handle all matters related to the academic matters in the university and publications of the academic establishment, collection of data and compilation of University statistics, convening meetings and handling Research Activities.

What we do

1. Provide secretarial assistance to the Senate such as;

• convening the meeting on approved dates
• recording proceedings
• preparation of minutes
• conveying the decisions taken to the relevant authorities on time
• making necessary arrangements to complete follow-up actions.

2. Convening and coordinating meetings of the senate sub-committees such as;

• Curriculum and Evaluation Committee (link to their web)
• University Research and Ethics Committee (link to their web)
• Examination Offence Committee
• Senate Standing Committee on Quality Assurance (link to their web)

3. Any other matters assigned related to the Branch.
