A set of videos have been prepared as part of the Science & Technology Human Resources Development (STHRD) Project of the Ministry of Education funded by the Asian Development Bank as part of its Gender Action Plan (GAP). The purpose of the videos is to feature inspiring female graduates enrolled in non-traditional areas within the STEM stream at an undergraduate level. Furthermore, the videos aim to increase the number of female students taking up technology and engineering programmes and persuade them to seek careers in non-traditional sectors.
