The Cultural Centre of the University of Vavuniya has organized an opening ceremony of the Cultural Centre in the Second floor of the Library on 06.09.2023. The celebration was associated with the 2nd anniversary of the University of Vavuniya in the Lecture hall of the Faculty of Technological Studies.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. T. Mangaleswaran, Honorable Consul General of India, Jaffna, Shri Raakesh Natraj, Honorable Head of Chancery and Commercial Representative, Shri V. Ram Mahesh, Director, Cultural Centre, Mr. S. S. Suthaharan, Deans of Faculties, Registrar, Bursar, Librarian, Heads of Departments, all staff of the university were present in the occasion.
To remark the Second anniversary of the University, schools students were invited from various schools for the awarding ceremony of the Chess competition conducted by the University of Vavuniya.
