Dear Freshers (Academic Year 2022/2023),
Congratulations on your achievement in receiving admission for higher education! I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you all to the Faculty of Applied Science (FAS) at the University of Vavuniya for the academic year 2022/2023.
I wish to inform you that FAS has planned to initiate a virtual orientation programme, which is tentatively scheduled on 10th July, 2024. We are currently in the process of collecting information from students who have been selected for the Applied Sciences (Biological Science), Applied Sciences (Physical Science) and Information and Communication Technology degree programmes.
The virtual orientation is designed to provide some introductory course modules and to make you aware of the degree program and curriculum structure. Physical lectures will commence after enrolment, with the commencement date to be announced later.
Students who received admission letters from UGC for the above study programs can complete the Google form linked below on or before 7th of July, 2024. For any clarifications, please contact us via phone or email.
