The library of the University of Vavuniya plays a vital role in enhancing the staff and students’ teaching, learning, and research experience, providing them with all the information they need to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The library was established in 1992 with the inauguration of Northern Province Affiliated University College. The university library serves all three faculties: the Faculty of Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Business Studies, and the Faculty of Technological Studies.
